We are looking for Customer Service Representative for one of our client for their e-Commerce platform. This is not a typical customer service role inbound or outbound, but more of a support services role.
Requirements:
- Must have bachelor's degree.
- Must have experience in customer services
- Excellent sales and customer handling skills.
- Handling customer queries and order booking on social media and mobile mediums Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Good English communication skills
