- Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.
Responsibilities:
- A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
- Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
- Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
