The ideal candidate should be Bachelors/Master Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with Minimum 2-4 Years of Experience in the relevant field in well reputed organization(s).

The candidate must possess:

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.

Responsibilities:

A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
Experience from recruitment agency will be preferred
