1. Advise and implement IT systems, policies and procedures according to required standards.
2. Work on and implement data security protocols.
3. Responsible for Hardware/Software/Network/Server’s Troubleshooting and ensuring minimum downtime.
4. To Manage Multiple Connections of Internet Service providers to get smooth Internet Access for the users both through LAN & WIFI.
5. To manage and smoothly run IT Infrastructure that includes Servers Machines, Workstations, Printers and Computer Wired/Wireless Networks both at Factory & HO.
6. To manage process of replication of database between Head Office & Factory Server Machines in coordination with MIS Officer.
7. Installation and Configuration of operating systems, computer software and drivers.
8. To manage procurement of IT related equipment for the Company includes Computer Servers, Workstations, Laptops, Printers and other accessories.
9. To manage Company’s Customized Software, solve internal bugs, and rectify technical problems within the company as well as with the help of Software Provider.
10. General management and IT tasks, within the organization and as well as with external organizations.
11. To Manage Process of Scheduled Backup of the Database at HO & Factory, Backup of Important Users Data and Emails.
. To Manage Domain Name, Web Hosting Service of Company’s website
. To Setup and Manage Reem Rice Employees email IDs for official usage
