The incumbent is responsible for managing and growing the banking business in the assigned region by coordinating with area managers.
The incumbent is also responsible to effectively implement strategy in respective regions or clusters with a focus on building a self-funded business through:
quality loans portfolio, deposit growth, auxiliary or bundled products, mobile accounts and managing a high performing team in the branch network.
