A retail fashion brand is looking for an "Administrative Coordinator" in Karachi.

Job Duties

  • Looks after administrative services of Karachi office like housekeeping, repair and maintenance etc.
  • Prevent company’s loss in an effective manner for all stores across the south region, covering all company assets & people by following loss prevention guidelines laid down by the company
  • Manage CCTV/DVR at all stores to ensure CCTVs are in running condition and required backup is being maintained 24/7
  • Coordinate with CCTV vendors for troubleshooting, repair & maintenance relates work at all O&O stores in Karachi
  • Provide support to retail teams in managing day to day administrative issues at stores
  • Liaison with outsourcing agency for statutory govt payments related to EOBI, Social Security and all payment records are maintained for each store
  • Ensure all firefighting equipment like extinguishers and fire alarms are in working condition as per civil defense guidelines
  • Represent the company in all labor and consumer court-related legal matters

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters’ degree from a renowned university
  • Diploma in labor laws/Industrial relations will be an added advantage

Experience

  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry in a similar role

Travel Percentage

  • 70 % (Retail) 30 % (Office)
