Able to manage filed force deployed at different locations
Coordinates with field force to make satisfy their day to day queries
Maintains attendance data and other related details of field force team
Provide clients with regional level support in operational matters acting as liaison between client sales team and merchandising field force
Responsible for training new resources when they’re taking on board
Responsible for ensuring all campaigns are executed as per agreed guidelines and timelines
Responsible to visit some outlets in their respective regions every day with supervisors and ensure all merchandising execution is done as per SOPs provided by client
Make sure supervisors are filling and submitting MVR every day via WhatsApp and compile them every week
