The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of field experience including 2 years of minimum field sales managerial experience.

Training and team coaching experience is a must.

Job duties:

Sales Target Achievement.
Knowledge of respective category market sizing.
Main Market, submarkets, Side Packets, SOHO’s.
Account Wise – turnover, customer footfall, average unit selling point, spend on marketing etc.
Coaching/Mentoring of Account Executives.
Scheduling of Account Executives.
Discipline (doing 6 meetings every day along with Account Exec’s, being on time).
Manage Key accounts.
Guide account executives on how to discuss response + pending inventory.
