One of our client companies is on a look to hire a “Regional Sales Manager – Central & North” in Lahore.

Industry: FMCG

Reporting Line: HOS/NSM

Position Requirements:

An ideal candidate should:

Hold a degree of BBA/MBA from a reputable institute
Experience of at least 7 to 8 years working in sales in any good company
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Have excellent communication skills
Have the ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Have the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Have a leadership & futuristic Approach
Have strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed

Position Responsibilities

Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Support ASMs with day-to-day field sales operation
Evaluate overall sales and individual performances
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
