The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting information stored or managed across a number of varying, complex environments. The Security Analyst will work closely with our Senior Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to complete high profile, critical services to existing Security Service clients.
- Serve as a primary responder for customer incidents, taking ownership of client incidents and tracking through resolution.
- Act as a point of escalation for client incidents and support for junior level analysts and provide guidance and mentoring.
- Explain and demonstrate how to use Enterprise Security products to both technical and relatively non-technical personnel.
- Provide consulting services for implementation of multiple product vendors and technologies.
- Implement and configure software and appliance-based products in large enterprise environments.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Authorized Support Customers, following processes and interacting appropriately with both customers and partners when required.
- Perform knowledge transfers and train clients regarding security awareness
