A growing software development company are looking to hire QA/Junior Scrum Master.

Also working with team in London & India branch.

Great role for an experienced manual tester with an aptitude for requirements gathering, and aspiring to be a scrum master / technical project manager.

This is a long term career opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a mature role

Main Responsibilities;

Working on Client Projects.

QA focus from scoping to release for multiple projects.
Work with PM and clients to define deliverables and testing phases.
Identify development and test requirements from specifications and design documentation as well as client facing sessions.
Keeping track of feature deliverables and timelines to assist in managing weekly releases.
Ability to work on multiple projects.
Confirming and refining requirements in Jira.
Create, execute and evaluate manual test cases.
Manage client and 3rd party UAT.
Work with junior testers, pooled from other areas of the business.working with international clients and teams

Customer Support

Working with team to monitor customer support ticketing systems.
Ticket triaging and defect resolution.
Performing 1st line support tasks ie. user set, report generations, etc.
Raise Development tasks in Jira.
Coordinating and Development tasks in Jira.
Assisting in scheduling tasks to development team and testing.

Desirable Skills (nice to have but not essential)

Create, execute and evaluate automated test cases
MySQL
HTML (light-weight - understanding and ability to make minor changes on existing code)
Any European language
