- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply it for increasing market share
- Conduct regular meeting with Sales & Business Development team to discuss sales target status, product training and sales strategy
- Conducts customer or training seminars as per the business need
- Monitor and analyze all sales reports received from the sales team and customers through the customer feedback system
- Ensure that all approvals related to consultants and other government authorized bodies are made in a proper and timely manner
- Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s)
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing list and other sensitive company information from external competitors and market forces
- Lead the development, planning and execution of Marketing Strategy for the organization (Rhino/Nescamp)
- Prepare and ensure disciplined spending of company’s marketing budget
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plan
- Plan and implement marketing promotional campaigns
- Responsible for brand management and corporate identity of the Companies (Rhino/Nescamp)
- Analyze and locate potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
