Social Media Marketing Manager

The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by strategically building relationships with Alibaba and other online marketing venues. This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans. Person should have excellent expertise in SMM for building successful and consistent organic traffic.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Implement and utilise analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Conceptualise digital marketing initiatives, analyse data and measure results.
Plan and monitor marketing campaigns.

Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
Building successful organic traffic.
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Reports progress
Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
