We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

Responsibilities

Answers telephone promptly in a polite and professional manner and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Able to answer questions related to travel agency business and evaluate when to escalate up.
Presents in a professional and educated manner to all customers that call in.
Places outbound telephone calls.
Researches and resolves issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Directs calls to other departments as needed.
Understanding of when to escalate calls to operations.
Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes
Ability to handle a Call Center environment: work quickly and multi-task.
Possessed extensive knowledge of travel agency business
