Job Brief:
- Greeting customers who enter the office.
- Be involved in selling and sales management.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Dealing with customer refunds.
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- providing proper information to the visiting clients,
- Must have knowledge of housing industry.
Job Requirements:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing&Sales)
- Candidates with proven work experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
