This role provides critical administrative support and helps ensure the productivity and effectiveness of the entire school setup through performing the below mentioned responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for general administration, facility management, asset management, procurement, organizational discipline, maintenance issues. Will also monitor and direct the overall office administration functions, namely office administration, legal, insurance, PR, day to day functions.
  • Leading and performing operational planning functions for the RIS in the areas of housekeeping, security, sports facilities and transportation.
  • Has to ensure the uninterrupted provision of facilities and services to the management, staff and participants.
  • Responsible for all types of operational and administrative support for enhancing efficiency and promoting the prestigious image of RIS, as an institution for higher learning, which provides the best services to all stakeholders.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for managing all administrative activities of the branch as well as the nationwide campuses and its overall environment, providing administrative decision-making, support and leadership, overseeing the working of the back office personnel, managing and reviewing office budget and expenditures, scheduling meetings, answering interoffice inquiries, and ensuring high quality services and, maintaining efficient and punctual productivity.
  • Direct and manages a supervisory and professional staff through which RIS operates all its facilities and grounds, provides preventive, emergency, and routine maintenance services.
  • Manage day to day company wide administrative operations in areas such as transportation, logistics, facilities management and maintenance, and security management.
  • Manage all procurement at branch and ensure that all inventory is being properly managed.
  • Oversee & supervise the general housekeeping at branch.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local authorities
  • Look over staff attendance and all administrative assignments.
  • Undertake & execute special assignments/tasks delegated.
