Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Required Skills:

Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Windows.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.)
Must have Cloud-based knowledge.
Advanced troubleshooting and Multi-tasking skills
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
Troubleshoot network server and wireless connectivity issues.
End-user support and maintenance for all DOC applications.
