- Interact with employees to provide problem resolution in terms of hardware and software via the Service Now portal, telephone and through DTC for WAN Network & infrastructure, Network Installation, Server’s administrations, applications administrations, Installations & configurations.
- Provide accurate and complete descriptions of problems, inquiries, and requests in a problem management ticket.
- Escalate problems and requests according to established procedures.
- Research end-user problems to determine root cause.
- Maintain accountability and ownership of incident/request tickets.
- Provide proactive end-user management notification of problems.
- Provide closed looped contact with end-users to verify final solution and determine satisfaction level.
- Install and configure IT equipment including laptops, Desktops, Network Printers/Scanners APs.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Setup of users Accounts on Active Directory (Azure AD).
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Office 365 account on Outlook.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- L1 and L2 support for all desktop and laptop users.
- Create, Update, and maintain all IT asset inventory documentation.
- Management of all IT inventory.
- Creating IT related training material and providing them to required users.
- Participate in training required to develop and maintain skills.
