Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Coordinate with internal departments for resource allocation and operational support.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security arrangements.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative protocols.
Generate and analyze reports related to operational and administrative activities.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as service providers, government bodies, and contractors.
Provide logistical support for events, training sessions, and company functions.
Monitor office budgets and control day-to-day operational expenses.
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist management in implementing process improvements and operational strategies.
