- Providing recruitment support to Key clients.
- Post jobs and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
- Search CVs from database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
- Attending customer queries and helping them.
- Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use as their primary recruitment platform.
- Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
- Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
- Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
