- Manage recruitment of clients through team, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Key accounts representatives.
- Designing and implementing a strategic department plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit department targets by successfully managing the key accounts team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by connecting with them and understanding their needs
- Act as company face and responsible to network with other companies’ key representative by attending conferences, job fairs, seminars, and meetings.
- Present department recruitment status and other reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Responsible to manage key accounts client’s recruitment by developing a business plan as per weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proactively analyzing client’s requirements and support business in building new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with Sales department on lead generation
- Handle Top Tier Clients and C Level resources to strengthen the relationship.
- Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use ROZEE.PK as their primary recruitment platform.
- Supervising and manage the Key accounts team and reporting on its performance.
- Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
- Carry out other activities as assigned by management.
- Must have had at least 15 years of working experience as a recruiting head position, preferably as a recruiter manager in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
