Security Head

We are looking for a competent Security Head to organize and oversee all security operations of our client. As security Head, He will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, and property are safe and well-protected.

Responsibilities

Supervise the overall security system of all HML units.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards. Ensure the availability of strength for security guards.
Keep Liaison with concerned authorities of Multan Cantonment.
Follow/approach civil police in theft cases.
Keep abreast of higher command with the up-to-date situation regarding concerned matters.
Visit the out-station units to address problems/matters of security guard person.
Prepare and carry out presentations; present proposals to enable the team to deliver effective security.
Check all in/out records from gates registers.
Supervise firefighting staff and ensure firefighting equipment is always ready to meet any emergency.
Keep liaison with other security companies
Ensure the protection of Mills weapons and detailing/provision of weapons to other units according to requirements.
Attend meetings with all Admin managers and Technical Directors to determine operational needs.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
Review reports on incidents and breaches.
investigate, gather intelligence on disciplinary issues & inform to admin to take necessary action.
Allocate/relocate security staff’s duty post & change responsibility from time to time as per security policy. To ensure factory law & order situation, discipline among the workers are peaceful in association with the admin dept.
Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).
