Job Description

RS TrendZone is new venture and a leading Boutique in UK, Pakistan, UAE and Japan for Women, Teen, Kids Clothes Wear and Accessories. Our initial target market is Pakistani women settled in Pakistan, UAE, UK and later we want to expand our brand across the globe. We want to make RS TrendZone an internationally appreciated and trend setting brand. We are looking for an experienced, creative and innovative Female Fashion Designer, who knows gaps in local and international market in Fashion industry, have innovative mind, can develop new innovative and trend setting ideas in an outfit designing by fusion of eastern and western latest trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Ideal Candidate should have strong portfolio and experience of at least 3 years in one of the leading brands and or boutique.
An excellent sense of fashion and creativity related to female fashion clothing
Know the local and international market because our clothing line is all western clothes.
Exposure to latest fashion trends
Complete research on all local designers
Bachelor Degree from a reputed Arts College
Ability for new design creation
Ability to utilize embroidery and digital prints onto fabrics
The ability to develop cuts
The ability to work as a team
Understanding of Stitching Methods
Ability to manage Stitching Master/Tailors
Manage production
The ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
Understand/Implement Quality standards
Have links in stitching industry and to be able to source labour

Job Responsibilities:

Design outfits manually and digitally for western, eastern and ethnic ranges for all age levels.
Producing Concepts, Analysing trends in colours, fabrics and shapes.
Market Research, Design and Colour Scheme entire collections
Confer with sales and management executives or with clients in order to discuss design ideas.
Discussions with management and clients regarding design ideas.
Direct and coordinate workers involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples or finished garments.
Determine prices for styles.
Develop a group of products and/or accessories, and market them through venues such as boutiques or mail-order catalogs.
Direct and coordinate workers involved in drawing and cutting patterns and constructing samples or finished garments.
Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender, and socioeconomic status.
Provide sample garments to agents and sales representatives, and arrange for showings of sample garments at sales meetings or fashion shows.
