1) Exploring the market and assessing customer's needs and requirements.
2) Follow up for booked order and managing in time shipments and payments thereof.
3) Handling and resolving complaints against delivered goods.
4) Follow up customers for new inquiries.
5) Any other day to day assignment as assigned by HOD.
