- Design and implement testing tools, integrated with the current toolset.
- Create e2e test scenarios based on stories that have been created so far, and based on architecture and solution design artifacts
- Prepare dry-run SIT plan with list of interfaces in scope, agreed priorities, and test-readiness status of each interface
- Strong knowledge of software testing approaches and Quality Assurance & Control methodologies
- Strong hand-on experience of CI/CD process and tools and automation across SDLC
- Hands-on experience in implementing tools such as Xray, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium etc.
- Strong understanding of test-driven software development techniques and frameworks
- Able to drive team collaboration and to lead and manage multiple teams
- Possesses project and process design knowledge necessary for the mitigation and development of solutions aimed at enduring various Quality Assurance aspects.
- Able to adapt to change, effectively manage and communicate change to people while driving business targets
- Possesses a strong orientation towards communicating for impact in a timely manner, demonstrating foresight, forethought, planning for operational efficiency as well as effectively managing and identifying potential risks to the business
- Excellent analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills
- Very good technical knowledge of the telecom IT environment
- Able to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Proven track record with Governance and Financial Management
- Proven ability to lead large transformation projects
- Able to show assertiveness and influence decisions based on factual information
- Able to work in a fast paced multicultural work environment
- Able to own processes end-end even if not 100% under his/her control
