Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly experienced “Manager Customer Support”. Candidate should possess strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- One should have a good experience of using CRM portal and other related dashboards & software.
- He should have leadership skills to efficiently manage his team and seek to improve all aspects of customer experience with the company.
- Good Communication Skills (written & verbal) is mandatory.
- Setting customer service standards & assess that customer's inquiries are being answered on time by the team.
- Ensures professionalism of CRO’s and compliance of operational standards.
- Accountable to effectively run the team of customer representative officers (CRO's) & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Train & monitor the performance of CRO's.
- Make sure the team's prompt response to client on company's live chat, calls, & on soial media.
- Managing incoming calls & client's inquiries on live chat & on social media along with the team.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying the information.
- Maintain the record of client's queries
- Update top management about the flow of client's queries in the form of reports
- Ability to multitask, priortize & manage time effectively
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, Excellent Communication skills, Leadership skills, Time Management, Multitasking & Excellent customer services.
- Minimum 5 years in customer services.
