Saad Ahsan Immigration Law Firm requires an experienced & confident Relationship Officer (female) who can provide first-class sales experience by answering to any questions the client might have about our product. She will act as a liaison between the company and the client in order to achieve the mutual goals, fostering quality client experience. The Relationship officer will be responsible for the first level of client interaction for the purpose of creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing clients.
Major Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our company in terms of representing us on the forefront
- Meet with our walk in clients to know about their Second Passport preferences & give them an overview about our programs
- Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of our programs
- Generate new leads by meeting with the clients
- Discover target market & always look for new ways to make our programs more beneficial to the clients
- Book CEO's appointments and maintain all his meeting schedule
- Meet the client to address their issues & find new approach to make process hassle free
- Held accountable to build connections on behalf of the company. She may call existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, network within the community to identify prospective clients & contribute in to the company's marketing compaigns.
Key Competencies
Education: Minimum Bachelors from a well reputed institute i.e. LUMS, LSE, UMT, FAST, IBA, SZABIST, or have foreign degree
Skills: Results oriented, Customer service focused, Ability to build & sustain relationships, Effective communication skills (Verbal & Written), Time management, Extrovert, Socially confident, Public relation skills
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in public relations, Media & marketing, Immigration consultancy or related field
