Prepare and record journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable aging and if needed follow up collections and payments with the related stakeholders
Record supplier's and customer invoices and related credit notes.
Perform supplier and customer reconciliations for accounts discrepancies.
Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Update financial data in a timely manner
Follow up on suppliers’ payments and customers' collections and inquiries to be communicated with the related stakeholders.
Follow up and obtain the WTH receipts from the customers to be recorded and send WTH receipts to our suppliers upon request.
Create New customer accounts on the accounting system based on contract details and payment terms.
Ensure sales staff are assigned to the correct customer account after validation from the direct manager.
Prepare the required AR and AP reports as assigned.
Confirm suppliers’ customers’ accounts balances bi-yearly
Booking banking transactions are covering payables, receivables, charges, and other related transactions.
Responsible for the treasury part of the payments, Initiation of the payment on online banking.
Communication with the tax consultant to advise about calculating related kinds of taxes and salaries.
Payment of monthly payroll to staff either in cheques or wire transfers.
Cash flow forecast preparation including actual and expected Cash In and Cash Out.
