Assistant Manager Billing & Recovery is responsible for coordinated and concerted efforts in billing and recovery of the whole Mall operations.

To achieve this objective he has to do correct invoicing and keep the record updated, plans feasible strategy in consultation with other relevant departments for recovery of payments.

To generate correct invoices.
To ensure timely recovery from the tenants.
Maintain record of outstanding recovery amounts and make a feasible strategy for the recovery.
To monitor and coordinate recovery efforts.
To act in harmony with operations, finance and marketing departments for effective recovery planning.
Preparation of right off cases and follow up.
Any other task assigned by the management in line with basic responsibilities.
