- Developing and supporting long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
- Responsible for selling products within an assigned area and fulfill sales targets.
- Develop sales skills and knowledge of the company products, services, and customers.
- Handle customer related inquiries
- Ability to drive personal results in a collaborative, team selling environment.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales and customer complaints.
- Introducing existing and new customers with new products and market developments.
- Keeps information on competitive products, sale techniques & pricing
- Responsible to complete the order according to the dispatch note.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe & timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after the delivery to ensure that orders are completed & the billing is correct.
- The salesman will not be allowed to give credit to any shopkeeper without the permission of the Area Sales Manager.
- Responsible to meet Sales target, Numeric distribution & ensure on-time product Availability.
- Collect payment from customers according to the invoices.
- The salesman will be responsible to deposit his cash according to the dispatch note.
- Responsible for product damages during loading and offloading.
- Must follow office timings with punctuality
