Designation: HR/admin Executive
Immediate Reporting Level: Manager/ Director
Responsible of all HR/Administrative function
- Looking to HR function containing job Analyzing, JD drafting, Recruitment, screaming, initial interviewing, , Orientation, Training and development and employees’ record keeping
- Look after all the attendance matters of employees
- Responsible to preparation employee monthly and weekly salary
- Look after the performance analysation process of employees ,
- Development polices, rules and regulation then implementation
- Maintenance and fueling of company vehicle and record keeping
- Latter drafting related to all concerned matters of administration (vehicles authority letters, transferred letter, delivery letter, vehicles booking, complain letter ( KE, Telephone, Sewerage etc)..
- Housekeeping, maintenance and renovation work of factory and office premises.
- Look after gate pass matters and record keeping
