- Works closely with zonal sales manager.
- Supervising and managing sales in Punjab and Karachi, would be a project-oriented part of it. This involves traveling to above-mentioned areas whenever required.
- Achieves regional sales operational/Executional objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan for districts in support of company’s long term objectives
- Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements as per pre-defined objectives; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Sales Target would be narrowly specified into daily targets to keep close record
Key Accounts:
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Recommends sales improvising factors/opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Implements trade & Consumer promotions by tracking, and evaluating spending and performance
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales manager in assigned districts when required

We are in salon related business since 1994 and felt a great demand for professional approach in this sector so that the salon in Pakistan could be of international standards. This idea later evolved into a concept of providing all the needs of a salon under one roof with more emphasis on designing the salons, encompassing all kinds of equipments, accessories and cosmetics. We had strong ties with the salons in the region which includes more than 28 cities including Rawalpindi, Lahore and Islamabad. The experience came from working as distributors of Keune Hair cosmetics (Holland) since 1994 and later for Stage Line Makeup (Spain) and Eveline Skin Care(Poland).
