• Ensure effective execution of assigned day to day HR operations.
  • Provide support to HR operations in assigned areas to ensure efficient and effective work process.
  • Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policies and procedure.
  • Handle, process and maintain proper log of all departmental mail, memos, letters, reports and other inter-departmental correspondence.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job.
  • Supervising and managing the assigned departmental resources and team effectively.
  • Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate with all marketing, advertising and promotional staff.
  • Liaison with relevant departments as and when required.
  • Establish new business ventures for SIH and ensure their smooth operations.
  • Provide timely performance feedback to departmental staff and ensures that feedback given is appropriate and constructive.
  • Devise strategies/plans for improving existing products/services and increasing profitability.
