SalTec Powerlink is looking for a Sales position for its Karachi & Islamabad Office. The ideal candidate for this position must possess at least 2-3 years of Sales Experience of Power Products.

The core responsibilities of the incumbent will be to:

·         Develop new prospects and maintain strong relationship with existing customers

·         Provide effective and innovative power solution to the customers considering their needs

·         Execute sales plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·         Develop database of potential clients/prospects/competitors and keep close track of market trends

·         Timely feedback to group head regarding product, services, competition strategies, pricing issues etc.

·         Responsible for entire receivable against personal sales

·         Must follow all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Sales exposure of Power Systems will be preferred

·         Project costing & financial analysis of various elements in a project

·         Ability to understand technical requirement & drive appropriate power solution

·         Proactive and flexible attitude in swiftly changing environment

·         Must be self driven and able to work independently

·         Sound technical, problem solving & customer skills

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Must have good negotiation, report writing and proposal making skills

·         Must have his own conveyance

Preference will be given to those candidates who possess BE / BSC / DAE + MBA (Preferred) and possess at least 2-3 years of Sales Experience.
