Required to visit outlets at the time and date according to their schedule o Each FS is allocated a number of outlets of different types. As far as this panel is concerned, each auditor is responsible to count stocks and obtain accurate purchases of all the brands included in the covered product categories (Correctly recording the inventory for each brand, size and variant as found on the shelves, in the storeroom(s), or in any other likely location by following the stock recording procedures, record correct Retail Selling Price with the help of retailers, as well as correctly recording purchases through invoices, using a Purchases Dairy, orally or any combination of these methods by following the purchases audit procedures) o Before the start of each audit period, the FS must attend the briefing/training session. The FS will be explained his/her duties and responsibilities, the fieldwork procedures, how to describe correctly the various items audited. The FS will also be taken through a spot training with visits to local outlets o Collect useful information from assigned outlets to develop SIS reports o Collect useful information from the field that take a place in the respective market and prepare sufficient market highlights report o Needs to develop new product launch report which should include required characteristics with clear images. o Notifying the FE about outlets refusing cooperation or any other difficulties encountered o Ensure distribution of gifts given to retail shops at the ratio defined by the FE and upon completion get a receipt form o Keep stainless relations with the assigned shopkeepers
