Candidate must be a resident of Multan and can speak Siraiki

Must have an agricultural background and can handles farms
Must be well aware of the crop activity happening in the farms
Conducts market survey of the commodities being used in the farms
Can calculate the crop weightage and monitors the weight accordingly in order to avoid any discrepancies
Purchases farm and handles the expenses
Maintains and manages the tools being used on the farms
