- App Coordinator and logging issue tickets (TM App, DE App, Web Portal)
- Analytical Reports and Dashboard for App
- Manage training to sales team on ex-Tracking app
- Ensures sales SOPs Compliance through ex-Tracking
- Supports services 24/7 to the sales field staff
