We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Ensure reception is tidy and presentableProvide basic and accurate information in-person or over the phone
  • Should perform any other task given by the management

Skills Required:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist
  • Strong Communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
