Job Objective:

To assist the Senior Stylist in enhancing the visual appeal of Sapphire through the most trend-setting styling looks.

Research & Brain Storm

Conduct comparative research on latest trends and fashion elements for styling looks of models i.e. hair, makeup and accessories

Conduct research on concepts and ideas for photoshoot themes and sets

Participate in team brainstorming activities and meetings

Generate original ideas for all types of styling looks for photoshoot and fashion edit activities

Research on specific shoot locations

Shoot conceptualization- Create styling boards for all shoots- Set styling theme for shoots in sync with products

Trend Analysis/Forecast

In-depth research required on latest international and local trends

Firm grip over what the local market is doing and devise styling looks drastically different from them

Procurement

Responsible to procure all garments and fashion accessories required to effectively style the shoots

Assist development of unique styling accessories i.e. jewelry, shoes in terms of the theme to enhance shoots

Logistics & Inventory

Send across all garments and accessories once used for shoots through the SOP route and ensure receiving of the items sent

Manage the inventory log for all styling items

Support Role

Provide hands-on support to brand team members as directed by HOD (Tasks may include; E-store shoots, organization of photoshoots, outfit styling, social media, in-house photography etc.)

Skills Required:

-In-depth understanding of what shoes/accessories/hair & makeup would complement specific garments/themes

-Strong creative eye

-Ability to pay attention to detail

-Ability to translate ideas into tangible accessories

-Ability to practically execute all operations in a well thought out and organized manner (Process planning skills)
