Management of overall E-commerce operations and partnering with Customer Service team & Warehouse teams in order to deliver Customer Delight. Responsible for management of the website aesthetic and all content made available on the website. Monitoring Profit and Loss of the E-commerce Business.
- Manage operations team, ensure content uploaded on the website accurately and in a timely manner, ensure all operations run smoothly with regards to order reconciliations and managing NIS/Hold orders. Ensuring inventory managed effectively and no excess inventory is present at the warehouse. Ensuring STRs (Stock transfers) are completed smoothly, and there is no overbooking on the Estore
- Manage creative team, ensure product photography is of a high standard and all artwork is changed on time. Ensuring Newsletters are sent at required agreed times. Ensuring images are made available for Digital Marketing team to use
- Website change management. Conceive and monitor implementation of website GUI and GUX. Ensure website is optimised for a higher conversion rate. Monitor website analytics, and consistently conduct RND with regards to all innovation within the ecommerce industry
- Oversee and approve eCommerce monthly budget (proposed and actual spends)
- Develop and grow Ecommerce business through increasing revenue, process efficiency and controlling costs, as well as conducting constant R&D
- Provide detailed reporting and conduct various analysis
- Manage communication tone of the website and monitor/approve all content being uploaded on to the website
- Ensure process flow is followed and all necessary approvals are in place for all activities being conducted within the department
- Monitor warehouse operations and continue to improve the process through assistance, monitoring, automisation and excel based reporting.
- Assist Customer Services department in order to achieve a holistic approach customer experience
- Highlight training needs for team members and ensure development through cross departmental projects
- Ensure team members are in sync with other departments and the Company’s overall vision
