Make recommendations to the development of the annual and middle-term plans of the store under his / her management.
Direct assistant manager, floor managers and store staff to ensure the continuous operation of the establishment.
Create a solid link between company’s principal value of Customer Centricity to his/her store.
Coordinating with other functional teams to improve operations.
Coordinating / Managing supply chain from Warehouse to SRL stores
Recommend product pricing in line with category strategy and targets, market risks and opportunities within the overall corporate budget process.
Reviewing overall store’s structural and technical maintenance report and to prepare action plan with R&M Manager.
