We are looking for a SuperStar talented, motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional to join our team.

We need a qualified B2B Sales Expert for our Australian client to deliver. This position is meant for the Aces only, no mediocre type talent pls. We are only looking for top hustlers only.

A professional who can prospect and find good leads by using different strategies on LinkedIn (groups, direct search, etc) and by using directories with a list of companies that need to be vetted.

Who we are:

We are a well-established classified Ads Portal company based out of Melbourne.We know our ideal clients, and we have segmented our client base. We know how much they are and where are they – we appreciate your educated suggestions on that though

Who you are:

  • English native or at an almost native level
  • Superb communicator with proven methods of closing B2B deals.
  • High-energy personality with a positive attitude.
  • Problem solver who excels in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Thrive under minimal guidance.

Tasks:

  • At the beginning you will take care of the first stages of the sales cycle
  • Prospecting by following our guidelines (you can make your suggestions though), reaching ou.
  • If we work well together your commission will increase and you will take care of the whole sales process.

Metrics:Our current conversion rate is 15 to 20% on warm leads.

Compensation:Base rate starting at 45 to 50 grands a month + Commission on closed deals

Goals:

  • Initial goal is to generate successful connections with qualified leads.
  • Also, you would be expected to generate revenue through extensive cold calling.
  • Apply only if you have experience and proven success with B2B Sales.
  • It will make you a lot of money if you have the right set of skills and you put the effort.
  • Sorry but pls don’t apply if you haven’t closed deals in a B2B sales environment through cold calls.
  • You’d be asked to provide professional references so we may check on your professional background.
