- Understanding the existing systems, mechanism and modus operandi of the company - creating and proposing new and innovative systems or methods which are time effecient and cost effective.
- Working closely with the senior management of the company - monitoring the performance of different divisions and giving proposals of how to improve them.
- Analyzing the supply chain reports for procurement, sales and inventory and giving weekly updates to the senior management.
- Working with Finance Division and Developing MI Reports and working on consolidation of reports.

Sardar Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL) is Pakistan's second largest manufacturer of Chemicals and Dyestuff for the Textile, Paper and Leather Industry. SCIL was first established in 1989 and was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in 1994. Being an active exporter and supplying to local companies who are exporting finished goods, our products strictly conform and adhere to the International Standards.
