The candidate must have the following:
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, & training etc.)
- Creating a good pool using job posting platforms.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Conducting Initial Interviews.
- Evaluate and keep record of the candidates.
- Must have 1- 2 year Relative Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Night Shift Call Center ( US Compagin)
