ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION

Based in Lasbela under the supervision of Finance Department is overall responsible for all financial and administration related tasks.

He/she is:

 Part of the finance team, as a key player ;

Performing all actions and producing all documents, feedbacks and links that will allow the SIF to achieve its objectives and provide self-audit and monitoring capacity.

 MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

Objective 1:Assists and support the Finance Department for the following tasks;

Activities:

  • Proper arrangement and maintenance of payment vouchers of all payments for CO & Field Offices.
  • Collect pay slips from HR before month end closing and arrangement as per voucher number in accounting book.
  • Assists Finance Department in coordination with the external stakeholders.
  • Scanning of all payment vouchers after month end closing.
  • Ensures all letters and other necessary documents are scanned and saved in the system.
  • Ensures filing of all payment vouchers on monthly basis.
  • Filing of other documents related to other institutions in the relevant files.
  • Proper tagging of all files as per the given format and arrangement of all files in the racks properly.
  • Follow up with field offices regarding sharing of bi monthly accounting books.
  • This list is not limited; the employee may be required to perform any other task necessary and compatible with its functions assigned by the Supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/BEHAVIOR

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting &Finance.
  • Good computer skills; word, excel, PowerPoint.
  • Very good communication skills and team player, as well as ability to work individually ;
  • Fluency in English language is required.
  • Ability to liaise with national authorities, NGO’s and other agencies
  • Flexibility and adaptability is required .
