• Oversee Retail’s employee compensation, benefits and HR operations.
  • Supervising payroll process, policies, monitoring welfare and medical insurances, overseeing final settlements related to retail staff.
  • Must be experienced in Retail Data Analytics.
  • Must have strong knowledge of sales commissions, employee transfers and retail staff hiring.
  • Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback.
  • Calculate and report on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually).
