JOB SCOPE

MIS Executive is responsible for:

Providing support to HR department for HR operations in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
Support in Payroll execution to HR through SAP
Reconciliation with Accounts of posted salaries
Ensuring biometric attendance is transferred to SAP
To provide solution of different issues arise in day-to-day operations of HR

REQUIREMENTS

Basic SAP HCM/SuccessFactors knowledge
Knowledge of Payroll execution through SAP
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferably in retail sector
