Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
plan future capacity requirements
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
