Verification of payments to Vendors, Suppliers & Accounts Payables
Supervise customer order Placement, preparation for supplier & Authorize purchase orders
Analysis of financial statements and presentation to CEO
Verify bank/Cash payments Vouchers as per attached details
Finalization of Annual Report i.e. Balance Sheets, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows
Reconciliation of customer, vendor, Supplier & Expense accounts
Financial Management to meet the requirements.
Foreign Principal Contract Payments Management.
Govt. Institution, Private Customers & Army Bill Payments follow-up.
Allocation of funds for indirect expenses as needed.
Payroll and Salary Disbursement.
Verify outstanding balances regarding accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
PSW Related Tasks i.e. EIF Application, Approval, Goods Declaration
Preparation of Monthly Sales Tax Return
Preparation of Annual Income Tax Return
Over-look FBR Matters
Any other task assigned by CEO.
