-Processing recruitment which includes searching candidates, pre-scanning CVs and sorting candidates for interview, participating in interviews, and hiring the selected candidate.
-Prepare and issue appointment, confirmation and increment letters.
-Initiate annual performance appraisal exercise; compile results for submission of approval, and process increments.
-Work on Training & Development through conducting Training Need Assessment of employees, plan and arrange in-house/external training.
-Maintain and process payroll.
-Process resignation and prepare full and final settlement.
-Communicate with insurance company for staff’s health and life insurance policy, get staff registered, timely process renewal, and facilitate staff to avail benefits.
-Timely accurately register staff with EOBI/SESSI/PESSI and process payments.
-Process benefits like Out-patient medical claim,leave encashment, bonus etc.
-Coordinate with other department for all HR policy implementation and other concerns of staff.
-Conduct in-house training on different social as well professional skills.
-Do job analysis in coordination of Head of each department for balancing workload of each employee.
-Prepare job description of each staff in coordination with department head and update on individual job responsibility.
-Do market research on pay package, benefits, perks etc.
